About Marcie Turjan
Marcie is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and has been active in the horse industry for 25+ years.
Marcie is a graduate pony clubber, avid foxhunter and multi-discipline competitor. She has competed her horse 'Goose' in Eventing through the Intermediate level and her stallion 'Rocky' at Preliminary and is currently bringing "Libby" her warmblood mare up through the levels. Marcie specializes in starting young horses, fixing problem horses, and retraining Thoroughbreds.
Marcie has trained under some of the most renowned names in this country and Australia. Her vast experience and versatility allow her to deliver a complete education to all of her horses and students.
Marcie is affiliated with numerous equestrian organizations nationwide and is qualified to teach and judge with the United States Pony Clubs, qualified Technical Delegate for eventing and hunter/jumper competitions and certified Safety Coordinator with the USEA.

In addititon to her vast equestrian knowledge, Marcie graduated from Lake Erie College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Animal Sciences. A few years later, she obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree specializing in Paralegal Studies from Brown Mackie College.
Over the years Marcie has worked in a variety of industries, serving as a Regional Marketing Manager for an equestrian pharmacuetical company, a Paralegal at numerouos law firms, and has worked as an Construction Foreman with her family's constrcution company.
